Reading Program
Studies show that children who are read to at an early age not only become better readers, but better students in school. In an effort to provide school preparedness, children ages 2 yrs.to 5 yrs. are read to on a one-to-one basis. These children thrive on the special attention they receive and look forward to their special time with volunteers. Our child development center has a special reading room for volunteers who would like to participate in this important program.
